  • How do I know that you are a genuine website?

  • I have forgotten my password- now what do I do?

  • Why have I not received my order?

    Most of the time we will email confirmation of your order within 24 hours of you placing it, however this time period can vary. Most products are then usually delivered in 2-5 working days within Europe and between 3-7 working days outside of Europe. There are times that this will vary where delays occur due to circumstances beyond our control. Please Contact Us. If you do not receive your item(s) within this period so we can help to retrieve your goods. We apologise for any delay that has been caused.

  • What is your delivery process and how long will it take for me to receive my order?

The delivery charge for the UK is fixed but internationally these vary as per the destination country.   • What forms of payments do you accept and are you a safe website?

    We accept all major credit/debit cards including Delta, Switch, Visa, JCB, MasterCard, Amex, Electron and Solo. We also accept PayPal. Should you wish to pay using a different method such as, Bank wire transfer and Western Union, then please Contact Us. So that we can confirm and pass you further details. Our customers have never experienced fraudulent use of their credit or debit cards whilst shopping on our website. Website security is of paramount importance to us.     Yes, all items are insured against theft and accidental damage whilst in transit from our store to the shipping address. Once your items have been delivered to the specified delivery address and signed for, they are no longer covered by insurance.
